Freight Shipping

- Heavier Items: Larger items like your main CyberRak will be shipped via freight.

- Delivery Sites: Choose from local freight terminals, businesses with loading docks, or residential delivery.

- Residential Delivery: Arranged by the freight terminal, it can include additional services such as lift gates for items over 100 lbs at an extra fee.

Please Note: Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any external damage should be documented and reported immediately to facilitate a swift resolution.

No International Shipping

Hassle-Free Returns

Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and arrive within an additional 3-5 business days.

Return of Damaged or Defective Merchandise

- Damage must be reported to the freight company and CyberRak immediately.

- For a full refund minus shipping charges or an exchange, return the damaged items within 10 days of the original purchase date.
